We start with a free intro call to talk through your project and make sure we're a good match. Once we're ready to go I'll send you a fixed quote and scope, take a deposit to secure your start date, and we'll kick off from there. During the build you'll review the work in progress, we refine together, and your site goes live at the end of the build window — two weeks for The Core, two days for The Sprint.

You'll get a content guide as part of your package, a structured template that tells you exactly what to write and where, so you're never staring at a blank page. Before we start you'll need your content ready (text and any images you want to use), along with any existing brand assets. If you don't have those yet, don't worry, that's part of what we sort out together.

Yes — if you have an existing Squarespace site that needs a refresh or redesign, get in touch and we can discuss the best approach. Design Days are also a great option for updates and improvements to an existing site.

Absolutely — Squarespace is designed to be updated without any technical knowledge. As part of your handover I'll walk you through how to make basic updates confidently, so you're never dependent on me for small changes.

Every package includes post-launch email support, 7 days for The Sprint and 14 days for The Core, for any small tweaks or questions after going live. Beyond that, Design Days are perfect for one-off updates or bigger changes. If you'd prefer to spread smaller tweaks out over time, a monthly support package gives you dedicated hours each month.
